The region’s most outstanding businesswomen have been unveiled as finalists for the 2025 Dynamic Awards. Kimberley Shamtally of Muscle Mechanics has made the shortlist for Inspirational Award. This year’s shortlist is truly remarkable, showcasing an inspiring group of businesswomen who are making a powerful impact and leading the way in the region.
Kimberley has made considerable progress with Jenson’s Recovery Journey and continues to inspire others far and wide to embody the natural healing process in a creative and fun way by engaging in a number of sporting activities whilst utilising her innovative Recovery Balms. Connecting people with nature and the passion for past time hobbies.
The annual awards recognise, reward, and celebrate the remarkable achievements of businesswomen across the South-East. Finalists were meticulously chosen by a distinguished panel of judges, consisting of industry experts and influential business leaders. The judging process involved sifting through hundreds of entries, pre-scores, face-to-face interviews, visits, and a judges’ meeting.

The judging panel featured a diverse group of experts with varied backgrounds, experiences, and expertise. It included representatives from DMH Stallard, Cripps, Kreston Reeves, Legal & General, Sussex & Surrey Institute of Technology, SpaBreaks.com, University of Brighton Help to Grow, Aspiring HR, Enablists, Innovation Capital Team, Tisshaws Family Law Solicitors, FRP Advisory, Creative Pod, MDHUB, and Rosemary French OBE.
Winners will be unveiled at a highly anticipated gala dinner on May 8th at The Grand Brighton. This must-attend event will bring together influential business leaders and esteemed guests from across the region, offering an unforgettable evening.
Breaking new ground with Muscle Mechanics as we approach our fourth year in business. We had record breaking numbers of visitors at The London Marathon Running Show 2025.
We discussed a vast range of muscular issues and soft tissue restrictions over the course of four days. Our Recovery Kits were a huge hit with runners all over the UK. We gave the runners insight as to how the Balms work as a team to Recover the body post marathon so that the pathway back into work and everyday life can be achieved in a more efficient way.
Pain Relief was the best seller and with active demonstrations on clients, who were given the opportunity to walk around and return to purchase should they enjoy how the movement improves. The invitation to try out our Balms then led to increased numbers of new clients, who were looking for something and felt they had found the right solution for them.
Celebrating this with live testimonials from our supporters, we heard how the Pain Relief Balm had helped with a variety of conditions from tendonitis to period pain discomfort.
Our main objective was to support the magnificent work of Physiotherapy and how we can provide aftercare to sustain the exercises the clients had to complete. We even spoke to a few Physios that were taking part in the Marathon, and they were happy to discuss their own physical demands of the job of caring for others. To combine forces and share our knowledge was a fantastic way to highlight the importance of Physiotherapy within the Recovery period.
We will return next year with an even bigger team and more information of how our work improves the lives of runners throughout the UK.
